Project Manager
Experience Required: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in project
Location: India, Mohali, On-site, Full-time
We’re looking for a Project Manager for our Managment team.
Role :
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring adherence to project objectives, scope, budget, and schedule.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, resources, and dependencies.
- Coordinate and manage internal resources, third-party vendors, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation to monitor and track project progress.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to assess risks, resolve issues, and implement changes as necessary.
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management through regular reports and presentations.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive project success and customer satisfaction.
Experience & Mindset :
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a project manager in the IT sector, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, web technologies, and IT infrastructure projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project, or equivalent software.
- PMP or PRINCE II certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including strong decision-making abilities, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project objectives.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering exceptional value to clients and stakeholders.
