Senior BDE
Experience Required: 3+ years of experience in IT sales
Location: India, Mohali, On-site, Full-time
We’re looking for a Senior BDE for our team.
Role :
- Generate high-quality leads for IT projects through various channels, including online freelance portals like Upwork, as well as other relevant sources.
- Identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and proactively engage with them to build relationships, set up meetings, and close deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services and driving the sales process from lead to closure.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Experience & Mindset :
- Proven track record in IT sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Familiarity and experience with online freelance portals like Upwork, with a strong understanding of the platform's dynamics and best practices for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of identifying opportunities, overcoming challenges, and driving business results.
